    The combination of person group key &V1& and official SI key &V2& (from
    infotype 0013) is not allowed according to annex 16 of the common
    circular for DEUEV.

    How to fix this error?

    Use a permissible value in the "Person Group" field or change the values
    of the SI key in the 'Social Insurance' infotype (0013).

    The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

    For older records for infotype 0020 that start before December 1, 2011,
    the cause of the error may be due to an incorrect value in the
    'Occupational Status' field.
