What causes this issue?

The employee group key (DEUEV) is valid as of 1.1.1999. However, the
current processed infotype records start prior to this date. For this
reason, an entry in the 'employee group' field is not possible.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

If the current record ends before 1.1.1999, you can leave the 'person
group' field empty.
If the record ends after 1.1.1999, you must delimit it to 1.1.1999. To
do this, copy the existing infotype record to a new record with the
start date of 1.1.1999. You can then enter the employee group for the
copied record.
