  • What causes this issue?

    Under sec. 229 par. 3, cl. 3 SGB V, all capital benefits used for
    pension payments or surviving dependent's pensions, or as benefits in
    case of reduced earning capacity, are subject to contributions.
    Therefore, a capital benefit can only be created for pensioners.
    However, the person does not have status <ZK>Pensioner in the specified
    period.</>

    2007: <ZK>Health Insurance and Care Insurance for Pensioners as of April
    1, 2007.</>

    The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

    How to fix this error?

    Change the status of the person or period of the capital benefit such
    that the person has <ZK>Pensioner</> status in this period.
