    <ZH>DBME106 :</> PI keys 2,4,6 not valid from 01/01/2005
    A notification was created for period from January 1, 2005 with an
    invalid PI key (2, 4, or 6).
    <ZH>DBME113 :</> For HI key 6 and PI key 1, only person group key 109
    is permitted.
    <ZH>DBME115 :</> PI key 5 or 6, but person group key is not 109
    PI keys 5 and 6 are only allowed for person group 109 (part-time
    employees).
