Maximum working time is equal to the smallest of these four values.
Minimum annual working time is calculated from the minimum entry in the
field "Working time per month", the entry in the field "Working time
per week", the entry in the field "Working time per day", and from the
minimum number of hours worked per day (table T77S0).
