    The Customizing setting "Maintain Relationship Characteristics" (IMG,
    Organizational Management -> Basic Settings -> Maintain Relationships
    /T77AR and T77AV) specifies that this a percentage check is to be
    carried out for this relationship, in order (depending on the type of
    relationship) to indicate overstaffing.
    This setting specifies whether this message is to appear as Information
    (I), a warning (W) or an error (E).

    The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
