What causes this issue?

Recurring trips to a destination need to be grouped together for tax
reasons to be able to change the accounting and taxation method after a
certain length of time (such as three months).
For the recurring destinations to be identified as such, they must be
entered in detail. This means that you can only enter the destinations
using input help. Input help consists of a dialog box in which the upper
area of the list contains the destinations already visited. If a
destination is visited again, you can then select that destination from
the list. New destinations can be created by entering the street and
location details in the lower part of the list. This ensures that
recurring trips to a destination are always created with the same
destination name and details.

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
