    Some account assignment entities for Public Sector were only activated
    after the start (BEGDA) of the current cost distribution record.
    Saving this record would result in the values for such account
    assignment entities being removed again to avoid inconsistencies.
    These values were either read from the database (cost distribution) or
    have just been entered.

    The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
