    are deducted from one or more time quotas.
    Time quotas are currently only validated and deducted on screen
    <ZH>2001</> for absences, and on screen <ZH>2050</> for attendences.

    System Response

    If you save the screen number you have entered, the attendance /
    absence records with this attendance / absence type will not trigger a
    quota deduction. <ZH>Data inconsistencies in quota deduction cannot be
    excluded</>.

    How to fix this error?

    Please check the coding for the absence / attendance types concerned:
    Uf necessary, please change to the general table view <ZH>T554S</> and
    check the content of the <ZH>Quota Type</>, <ZH>Quota Deduction</>,
    <ZH>Att. / Abs. ID</>, and <ZH>Entry Screen No.</> fields.
