as of &v2& cannot be determined within the pair formation.

Due to the missing retroactive accounting information, it is not
possible to continue processing the employee with regard to the pair
formation.

How to fix this error?

To resolve the problem, you must perform a forced retroactive accounting
run in the time evaluation (RPTIME00) for the specified personnel number
and date.
