What causes this issue?

In the master recipe (group &V1&, recipe &V2&) that is the basis for
order &V3&, a relationship is defined to a phase. However, this phase
no longer exists in the relationship. For this reason, the system
cannot reconstruct the external order.
The cause of this is that the phase to which the order or recipe is
linked, was deleted or changed in such a way that it received a new
internal number. This also happens if the phase is deleted and then
recreated with the same operation number. Because the internal numbers
in the recipe and the order no longer match the phase in question, the
system cannot assign the relationship.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
