SAP Error Message - Details

  • Message type: E = Error

  • Message class: 40 - Messages for Process Orders

  • Message number: 109

  • Message text: PI sheet (ctrl rec. dest. &1) in phase &2 cannot be used for batch record

  • Show details Hide details
  • What causes this issue?

It was specified in the order type-dependent parameters for order type
&V4& that a <LS>Batch record is required</> for the process order.
Destination type &V3& was defined for control recipe destination &V1&
of phase &V2&. This destination generates a browser-based PI sheet.

    System Response

The batch record (transaction COEBR) can only process the ABAP
list-based PI sheet and not the browser-based PI sheet. For this
reason, the browser-based PI sheet cannot be documented. All other
    documents can, however, be used.

    How to fix this error?

If the documentation of the browser-based PI sheet is not required,
&V3& can be used as the destination type. Otherwise the ABAP list-based
PI sheet (destination type 1) must be used.
