The employee does not have a HK I/C no. This is a compulsory item on
each of the Hong Kong IR56 tax forms.

System Response

An error message will be displayed in the error log as part of the
processing of the IR56B/E/F/G forms.

How to fix this error?

Check feature 27IRI and determine the employee's permanent resident
type (transaction pe03).
In Personal IDs(Infotype 0185) the ID type should be set to the
permanent resident type.
Enter the Identity Number.
