simulated). This is only allowed for real payroll results.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

If you want to simulate payroll (for example, for Personnel Cost
Planning), do not create any documents.
If you do want to start a run with document creation, deselect the
'Simulate Payroll' parameter (after choosing the 'Cost Planning'
pushbutton).
