Message text: Choose the key from the allowed namespace
You have tried to insert a new entry and you have used a key value
outside of the name range administered by you.
This can cause problems during subsequent upgrades since the entry
could be overwritten by an import or overwritten by an existing entry.
The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
Check your entries and if possible, enter a key value from the name
range administered by you.
You can display the allowed name range for the key field via the view
V_T52DN. The customer name range consists of the country grouping for
the current country and the country grouping 99.
If it is absolutely necessary to use the entered key value, then
document the changes carefully so you are able to repeat them after an
upgrade or Release upgrade, if necessary. It is best to include the
data in a change request. You can then export this before an upgrade or
Release upgrade and import it again afterwards.

- Choose the key from the allowed namespace ?The SAP error message 3G060 ("Choose the key from the allowed namespace") typically occurs when you are trying to create or modify an object (like a key, a namespace, or a similar entity) in SAP that does not conform to the allowed naming conventions or namespaces defined in the system.
Cause:
- Invalid Namespace: The key you are trying to use is not part of the allowed namespaces defined in the system. SAP has specific namespaces for different types of objects, and using a key from an unauthorized namespace will trigger this error.
- Configuration Issues: The system may not be properly configured to allow the namespace you are trying to use.
- Authorization Issues: You may not have the necessary authorizations to create or modify objects in the specified namespace.
Solution:
- Check Allowed Namespaces: Verify the allowed namespaces in your SAP system. You can do this by checking the configuration settings in transaction SE03 (Transport Organizer Tools) or SE80 (Object Navigator).
- Use a Valid Key: Ensure that the key you are trying to use is from one of the allowed namespaces. If you are unsure, consult with your SAP administrator or refer to the documentation for the specific object you are working with.
- Adjust Configuration: If you need to use a different namespace, you may need to adjust the configuration settings. This typically requires administrative access and should be done with caution.
- Check Authorizations: Ensure that you have the necessary authorizations to create or modify objects in the desired namespace. If not, contact your system administrator to request the appropriate permissions.
