What causes this issue?

The unit of time that is saved in this record does not correspond to
the valid that is valid for this pay scale (this is determined in
tables T510W and T549R.)

System Response

In display mode, the system displays a warning. In change mode, the
displays a dialog box instead. Here you can choose whether you want to
use the original value or correct it.

How to fix this error?

SAP recommends that you correct the value. The unit of time will then
always be determined indirectly from the table (Assign pay scale to
frequency). As a result, all subsequent changes to this table will be
automatically taken into account.
