What causes this issue?

Per bank area and position type there may only be one check stack with
the status 'Being edited'. There is such a check stack on the database
already (stack number &1&).
To give another check stack the status 'Being edited', you must change
the status of the check stack number &1& to 'Created'.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
