What causes this issue?

You want to delete a company address that is still used by one or more
users as a template for the organizational data and location data. The
organizational data and location data of a user with access to a
business partner of type Employee (business partner BUP003) can always
only be <ZU>copied</> from the template.

System Response

The company address is not deleted.

How to fix this error?

First change the organizational data and location data for all users
with this template to a new template.

Procedure for System Administrators

If there are no more user master records with this template, please
check whether the address is used the default company address (table
USADDEF).

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
