The maximum release quantity of the source of supply for this receipt
has been exceeded.
In the quota file, you can specify maximum release quantities per period
for each source of supply in the quota file. This means that is is
possible:
in external procurement - to specify the maximum quantity that a vendor
can deliver and/or
in in-house production - to specify the maximum quantity for production
versions

If a receipt that takes part in a quota arrangement (for example, a
purchase order created manually) causes the maximum release quantity to
be exceeded, then this receipt is given the exception message '70'.
If maximum release quantities are defined for all quota arrangement
items and if the requirements in this period exceed the sum of all
maximum release quantities, the system creates an order proposal in the
planning run that is not assigned to any quota arrangement item. This
order proposal also contains this exception message.
The exception message is displayed in the MRP list and in the current
stock/requirements list.

Wie behebe ich diesen Fehler?

Check whether,
the maximum release quantity can be exceeded for the source of supply
(as an exception)
the requirements could be covered by another source of supply
perhaps delivery could be completed earlier or production could be
carried out earlier
requirements could either be reduced or rescheduled out
