detail planning to a different personnel cost plan. During detail
planning, the capacity utilization level of the cost object was changed
by &V1&% in the source plan. This change cannot be transferred to the
target plan as it would result in the cost object having an invalid
capacity utilization level of &V2&%.

The system cannot transfer the change made to the capacity utilization
level, or any other changes, for this cost object from the source plan
to the target object.
