You want to copy the changes made to a personnel cost plan during detail
planning to another personnel cost plan. In the source plan, changes
exist for the cost units &V1& &V2& &V3& that are not assigned to an
event.
This problem arises if detail planning for the source plan has been
performed in <LS>SAP R/3 Enterprise HR Extension 1.10</>. Here, the
system has not assigned all changes to an event.

The system cannot copy the changes made for these cost units from the
source plan to the target plan.
