Time &V1& is not a valid start time for the description of a profile
value for a profile with <DS:DE.INTSIZEID>Interval Length ID</> &v2&.
<ZH>Example</>: For 15 minute profiles, the intervals start at
00:00:00, 00:15:00 and so on, up to and including 23:45:00.
This error can occur if you change the allocation of the profile to the
register to a time that does not match the pattern of the interval
length.
