Time &V1& is not a valid end time for the description of a profile value
for a profile with <DS:DE.INTSIZEID>Interval Length ID</> &v2&.
<ZH>Example: </> For 15 minute profiles, the intervals end at 00:14:59,
00:29:59 and so on, up to and including 23:59:59.
This error can occur if you change the allocation of the profile to the
register to a time that does not match the pattern of the interval
length.
