To enable the <LS>Inbox Work Distribution</> dashboard for your business
role and user, ensure that the following settings have been made:
Customizing
The correct inbox profile is assigned to your business role.
The inbox profile is enabled for the accelerated search.
The acceleration profile assigned to the inbox profile is activated.
All main categories included in the inbox profile are supported by the
assigned acceleration profile.
Organizational Management
Your user is assigned to at least one organizational unit.
The total number of employees in the groups to which your user is
assigned in organizational management does not exceed 500.
