    You have defined the item categories taken into account during inbox
    searches in Customizing for the agent inbox. These Customizing settings
    have to be supported by the component set used in your application.
    First ensure that the corresponding settings in the agent inbox
    Customizing are correct. To do this, access the following Customizing
    activities:
    <ZK>Customer Relationship Management</> --> <ZK>Interaction Center
    WebClient</> --> <ZK>Agent Inbox</> --> <ZK>Inbox Search Definitions</>
    --> <DS:SIMG.CRM_IC_028>Define Element Categories for Searches</>
    <ZK>Customer Relationship Management</> --> <ZK>Interaction Center
    WebClient</> --> <ZK>Agent Inbox</> --> <DS:SIMG.CRM_IC_034>Define Inbox
    Profile</>.
    If the Customizing is correct, you have to enhance the component set
    used by your application, which currently does not support all item
    categories of the agent inbox. To do this, access the following
    Customizing activities:
    <ZK>Customer Relationship Management</> --> <ZK>Interaction Center
    WebClient</> --> <ZK>Customer-Specific System Modifications</> -->
    <DS:SIMG.IC_BASE_RUNTIME_FRAMEWORK_PROF>Define IC WebClient Runtime
    Framework Profiles</>.
    <ZK>Customer Relationship Management</> --> <ZK>CRM Cross-Application
    Components</> --> <ZK>Generic Interaction Layer/Object Layer</> -->
    <DS:SIMG.GENIL_010>Basic Settings</>.
    In order to analyze the problem further, activate the checkpoint group
    'IC_WEBCLIENT_INBOX' for your user in transaction SAAB. A dialog box of
    the ABAP debugger will be displayed as soon as the problem occurs.
