If secondary cost elements with the same name exist in more than one
controlling area, it is technically the same cost element if the
corresponding controlling areas have the same chart of accounts
assigned.
Change of secondary cost elements not consistent across all controlling
areas. The target value of a secondary cost element must be the same for
every controlling area.
You cannot run the transformation solution Controlling Area Merge
because certain prerequisites have not been met. Please change your
mapping accordingly.
