If secondary cost elements with the same name exist in more than one
controlling area, it is technically the same cost element if the
corresponding controlling areas have the same chart of accounts
assigned.
Not all controlling areas which contain the specified secondary cost
elements are included in the controlling area merge. However this is
necessary to ensure a consistent conversion.
You cannot run the transformation solution Controlling Area Merge
because certain prerequisites have not been met. Please change your
mapping accordingly.
