Wie behebe ich diesen Fehler?

You can correct this by entering a WBS element that is defined as a WBS
billing element.
If you want to invoice WBS element &V1&, you must first get it changed
to a billing element by authorized personnel for example, the
system administrator or the project manager.
Procedure for system administrator:
Set the billing indicator for WBS element &V1&.
