Was verursacht dieses Problem?

There are two scenarios that trigger this error message:
Organization reform in statutory pension insurance

Das System gibt eine Fehlermeldung aus und erlaubt Ihnen nicht, mit dieser Transaktion fortzufahren, bis der Fehler behoben ist.

As a result of the organizational reform that took effect January 1,
2005, there is no longer any differentiation between pension insurance
for hourly workers and pension insurance for salaried employees. You
should now only use the PI indicators for the previous salaried workers'
insurance.
Part-time employment with waiver of PI exemption
You entered the PI indicator for part-time employment to show that the
employee has waived his or her PI exemption, which means the full PI
contribution is incurred.

Effective January 1, 2005, the PI indicator that used to show membership
in the salaried employees' insurance fund is no longer allowed.
Starting April 1, 2003, the PI indicator exists to show the situation
more clearly, since the splitting of the contribution between employer
and employee is now defined exactly.

Wie behebe ich diesen Fehler?

If the infotype starts on April 1, 2003 (or January 1, 2005,
respectively) or later, change the PI indicator to &V1&. If the infotype
begins earlier, you have to create two infotype records. Use PI
indicator &V1& for the period before April 1, 2003 (or January 1, 2005,
respectively) and PI indicator &V2& for the second infotype record.

Batch input report <DS:RE.RPISVZD0>RPISVZD0</> is available to convert
existing infotype records effective January 1, 2005.
