You entered UI key 9 for an employee. This means the employee must pay
half of the contribution to unemployment insurance.
According to sec. 421k SGB III, the employer is exempt from paying
contributions if it previously hired an unemployed person over the age
of 55 and the employment relationship began before January 1, 2008.
This situation cannot be applied here, however, because:
The person has not reached the age limit yet
The person previously had an employment relationship with this employer
The employment relationship began after the above key date
