  Overview: 
  The SAP transaction code WXP20 is used to set up the master data for the Personnel Hierarchy (PlHierarchy) in the SAP system. This transaction code is used to create and maintain the organizational structure of a company, which is used for reporting and analysis purposes.

  The WXP20 transaction code allows users to create and maintain the organizational structure of a company. This includes creating and maintaining personnel hierarchies, such as departments, divisions, and cost centers. It also allows users to assign personnel to the various levels of the hierarchy.   Step-by-step How to Use: 
  1. Enter the transaction code WXP20 in the command field. 
  2. Select “Create” from the menu bar. 
  3. Enter the name of the personnel hierarchy you want to create. 
  4. Enter the description of the personnel hierarchy you want to create. 
  5. Select “Save” from the menu bar to save your changes. 
  6. Select “Maintain” from the menu bar to add personnel to your hierarchy. 
  7. Enter the personnel ID of each person you want to add to your hierarchy and select “Save” from the menu bar when finished. 
  8. Select “Display” from the menu bar to view your personnel hierarchy. 
  9. Select “Change” from the menu bar if you need to
