  The SAP transaction code WPOV stands for Overview: of Currently Checked Out WP Objects. This transaction code is used to view the list of all the work processes (WP) that are currently checked out in the system. 
  
  Functionality: 
  This transaction code allows users to view the list of all the work processes that are currently checked out in the system. It also provides information about the user who has checked out the WP, the date and time when it was checked out, and the type of WP. 
  
  Step-by-step How to Use: 
  1. Enter transaction code WPOV in the command field. 
  2. The Overview: of Currently Checked Out WP Objects screen will appear. 
  3. The list of all the work processes that are currently checked out in the system will be displayed. 
  4. Information about each WP such as user who has checked out, date and time when it was checked out, and type of WP will also be displayed. 
  5. To view more details about a particular WP, double click on it. 
  6. To exit this transaction code, press the back button or enter a different transaction code in the command field. 
  
  Other Recommendations: 
  It is recommended to use this transaction code only when necessary as it can slow down system performance if too many WPs are checked out at once. It is also recommended to check in any WPs that are no longer needed as soon as possible to free up resources for other users.
