  Step-by-step How to Use: 
  1. Enter transaction code V_TQ85 in the SAP command field. 
  2. The Action Box will open, displaying all tasks and activities assigned to the user. 
  3. To create a new task, click on the “Create Task” button. 
  4. Enter the details of the task, such as title, description, priority, etc. 
  5. Assign the task to another user by selecting their name from the drop-down list. 
  6. Click “Save” to save the task. 
  7. To view notifications and messages related to a task, click on the “Notifications” tab in the Action Box window. 
  8. To view the progress of a task, click on the “Progress” tab in the Action Box window.
