  Step-by-step How to Use: 
  1. Enter V_TPR5 in the SAP command field. 
  2. Select the “Create” button to create a new role category. 
  3. Enter a name for the new role category and select “Save”. 
  4. Select the “Change” button to change an existing role category. 
  5. Enter the name of the role category you want to change and select “Save”. 
  6. Select the “Delete” button to delete an existing role category. 
  7. Enter the name of the role category you want to delete and select “Save”. 
  8. Select the “List” button to view a list of all available roles and their descriptions. 
  9. Select a role from the list and select “Save” to assign it to a business partner.
