  4. Select the Preference Determination option from the menu bar. 
  5. Enter the criteria for determining preferences in the Criteria field. 
  6. Click on Execute to start preference determination process. 
  7. The system will display a list of products/services that meet the criteria entered in step 5. 
  8. Select the most suitable product/service from the list
