  Overview:
  The SAP transaction code VBN1 is used to create free goods in the Sales and Distribution (SD) module. Free goods are items that are given away for free when a customer purchases a certain item. This transaction code allows users to create and manage free goods in the system. 
  
  Functionality: 
  The VBN1 transaction code allows users to create free goods in the system. It also allows users to view, edit, and delete existing free goods. Additionally, it allows users to assign free goods to customers and set up conditions for when the free goods should be given away. 
  
  Step-by-step How to Use: 
  1. Enter the VBN1 transaction code into the command field. 
  2. Select “Create” from the menu bar. 
  3. Enter the relevant information for the free good, such as material number, quantity, and validity period. 
  4. Select “Save” to save the free good in the system. 
  5. To assign a free good to a customer, select “Assign” from the menu bar and enter the relevant customer information. 
  6. Select “Save” to save the assignment in the system. 
  7. To set up conditions for when the free good should be given away, select “Conditions” from the menu bar and enter the relevant conditions information. 
  8. Select “Save” to save the conditions in the system.
