  1. Enter the TLMV transaction code in the command field of the SAP system. 
  2. Select the “Create” option from the menu bar. 
  3. Enter the name of the global variable you want to create in the “Name” field. 
  4. Enter a description of the global variable in the “Description” field. 
  5. Enter a value for the global variable in the “Value” field. 
  6. Select “Save” from the menu bar to save your changes. 
  7. To modify an existing global variable, select it from the list and then select “Change” from the menu bar. 
  8. To delete an existing global variable, select it from the list and then select “Delete” from the menu bar. 
  9. Select “Save”
