  Step-by-step How to Use: 
  1. Enter the transaction code THM_NR_HR in the command field. 
  2. Select the “Create” button to create a new number range. 
  3. Enter the name of the number range and select the object type (e.g., personnel number or organizational unit). 
  4. Enter the lower and upper limits of the number range and select the “Save” button. 
  5. Select the “Activate” button to activate the number range. 
  6. Select the “Back” button to return to the main screen of THM_NR_HR. 
  7. Select the “Display” button to view existing number ranges or select the “Change” button to modify an existing number range. 
  8. Select the “Delete” button to delete an existing number range. 
  9. Select the “Save” button to save any changes made to a number
