    Overview:
    The SAP transaction code SU02 is used to maintain authorization profiles in the SAP system. It is used to create, modify, and delete authorization profiles for users. This transaction code is used to assign roles and authorizations to users, allowing them to access certain areas of the system.

    Step-by-step How to Use: 
    1. Enter the transaction code SU02 in the command field. 
    2. Enter the user name for which you want to create or modify an authorization profile. 
    3. Select the “Create” or “Change” button depending on your requirement. 
    4. Select the “Roles” tab and select the roles that you want to assign to the user. 
    5. Select the “Authorizations” tab and select the authorizations that you want to assign to the user. 
    6. Select the “Save” button when you are done making changes. 
    7. Select the “Activate” button if you want to activate the changes immediately or select “Schedule” if you want to activate them at a later time. 
    8. Select the “Back” button when you are done making changes and want to return
