    Step-by-step How to Use: 
    1. Enter the transaction code SM34 into the command field. 
    2. Select the “Create” option to create a new view cluster. 
    3. Enter the name of the new view cluster and select “Create” again. 
    4. Enter the data for the new view cluster and select “Save” when finished. 
    5. To change an existing view cluster, select the “Change” option and enter the name of the view cluster you wish to change. 
    6. Make any necessary changes and select “Save” when finished. 
    7. To delete a view cluster, select the “Delete” option and enter the name of the view cluster you wish to delete. 
    8. Select “Yes” when prompted to confirm deletion of the view cluster. 
    9. To copy a view cluster, select the “Copy” option and enter the name of the source and target view clusters you wish to copy from/to respectively. 
    10. Select “Yes” when prompted to confirm copying of the source view cluster into the target one. 
    11. To view a view cluster, select the “Display” option and enter the name of the view cluster you wish to display. 
    12. Select “Execute” when prompted to display the contents of the selected view cluster.

    It is recommended that users familiarize themselves with SAP's security settings before using SM34 as it can be used to make changes that could affect system security if not used properly. Additionally, it is recommended that users back up their data before making any changes using SM34 as changes made cannot be undone without restoring from a backup file if necessary.
