  Overview:
  The SAP transaction code SM02 is used to display system messages in the SAP system. It is a part of the System Administration module and is used to view messages that are generated by the system. 
  
  Functionality: 
  SM02 allows users to view system messages that are generated by the system. These messages can be related to errors, warnings, or information. The messages can be filtered by type, date, and user. The user can also delete or reset the messages. 
  
  Step-by-step How to Use: 
  1. Enter transaction code SM02 in the command field. 
  2. Select the type of message you want to view from the drop-down menu. 
  3. Select the date range for which you want to view messages from the drop-down menu. 
  4. Select the user for which you want to view messages from the drop-down menu. 
  5. Click on “Display” to view the messages. 
  6. To delete a message, select it and click on “Delete”. 
  7. To reset all messages, click on “Reset”.
