  This transaction code allows users to view the results of an appraisal for a single employee or for multiple employees. It also allows users to compare the results of different appraisals and to analyze the performance of an employee over time. 
  
  Step-by-step How to Use: 
  1. Enter the transaction code SL75 - PAW - Item Results Overview: in the command field. 
  2. Select the employee or employees whose appraisal results you want to view. 
  3. Select the type of appraisal you want to view (e.g., performance, development, etc.). 
  4. Select the period for which you want to view the results (e.g., current year, previous year, etc.). 
  5. View the results of the appraisal in the form of a table or graph. 
  6. Analyze and compare the results of different appraisals and/or different periods. 
  7. Save or print the results as needed.
