    5. To assign an index to a table or view, select “Assign Index” from the menu bar at the top of the screen and then select the table or view you want to assign it to. 
    6. To assign an index to a field in a table or view, select “Assign Field” from the menu bar at the top of the screen and then select the field you want to assign it to. 
    7. Once you have completed your changes, select “Save” from the menu bar at the top of the screen to save your changes.
