  1. Enter the transaction code QST09 in the command field of the SAP system. 
  2. Select the “Create” option to create a new planning building block. 
  3. Enter the name of the new planning building block and select “Save”. 
  4. Enter the data that needs to be stored in the planning building block and select “Save” again. 
  5. To view or change existing planning building blocks, select the “Change” option and enter the name of the existing planning building block. 
  6. To delete an existing planning building block, select the “Delete” option and enter the name of the existing planning building block. 
  7. Select “Save” when you are done making changes or deleting a planning building block.
