  QA18 is a SAP transaction code used to view the job overview for automatic usage decisions.   Step-by-step How to Use: 
  1. Enter transaction code QA18 in the SAP command field.

  3. Select a job from the list and click on it to view more detailed information about it. 
  4. To view information about completed jobs, select “Completed Jobs” from the drop-down menu at the top of the screen. 
  5. To view information about jobs that are currently running, select “Running Jobs” from the drop-down menu at the top of the screen. 
  6. To view information about jobs that have been scheduled, select “Scheduled Jobs” from the drop-down menu at the top of the screen. 
  7. To view information about jobs that have been cancelled, select “Cancelled Jobs” from the drop-down menu at the top of the screen. 
  8. To exit this transaction code, click on “Back” or press F3 on your keyboard.
