  Overview:
  The SAP transaction code QA12 is used to change the usage decision of an inspection lot with its history. This transaction code is used in the Quality Management (QM) module of SAP.

  1. Enter the transaction code QA12 in the command field. 
  2. Enter the inspection lot number in the “Inspection Lot” field. 
  3. Select the “Change Usage Decision with History” option from the menu. 
  4. Select the new usage decision from the drop-down list. 
  5. Click “Save” to save your changes.
