  Overview:
  PZ21_TC is a SAP transaction code used to manage employment opportunities in the SAP system. It allows users to create, edit, and delete job postings, as well as view and manage applications for those postings. 
  
  Functionality: 
  PZ21_TC provides users with a comprehensive overview of all job postings and applications in the system. It allows users to create new job postings, edit existing ones, and delete postings that are no longer needed. Additionally, users can view and manage applications for each posting, including viewing applicant information and making decisions on whether to accept or reject an application. 
  
  Step-by-step How to Use: 
  1. To create a new job posting, select the “Create” button in the top right corner of the screen. 
  2. Enter the necessary information for the job posting, such as title, description, and required qualifications. 
  3. Once all information is entered, select “Save” to create the job posting. 
  4. To view applications for a job posting, select the “Applications” tab at the top of the screen. 
  5. Select an application to view more detailed information about it. 
  6. To make a decision on an application, select either “Accept” or “Reject” at the bottom of the screen. 
  7. To edit an existing job posting, select the “Edit” button in the top right corner of the screen and make any necessary changes.
