  Overview:
  The SAP transaction code PRPSHP is used to customize print profiles for shipping. It allows users to create and manage print profiles for shipping documents, such as delivery notes, invoices, and packing slips. This transaction code is part of the Logistics Execution (LE) module.

  The PRPSHP transaction code enables users to customize the layout of shipping documents. This includes setting up the font size, font type, and other formatting options.   Step-by-step How to Use: 
  1. Enter the PRPSHP transaction code in the command field. 
  2. Select “Create” from the menu bar to create a new print profile. 
  3. Enter a name for the profile and select “Save”. 
  4. Select “Formatting” from the menu bar to customize the layout of the document. 
  5. Select “Content” from the menu bar to define which fields should be included in the document and in what order they should appear. 
  6. Select “Save” when you are finished customizing the profile. 
  7. Select “Activate” from the menu bar to activate the profile for use in shipping documents.
