  Overview:
  The SAP transaction code PP6A is used to create and maintain personal shift plans for employees. It allows users to define the working hours of employees, as well as their shift patterns and other related information.

  Step-by-step How to Use: 
  1. Enter the transaction code PP6A in the command field. 
  2. Select the “Create” option from the menu bar. 
  3. Enter the employee’s personnel number in the “Personnel Number” field. 
  4. Enter the start date and end date of the shift plan in the “Start Date” and “End Date” fields respectively. 
  5. Select the “Shift Pattern” option from the menu bar and enter the shift pattern details for each day of the week. 
  6. Select the “Save” option from the menu bar to save your changes. 
  7. Select the “Display” option from the menu bar to view your changes.
