  Overview:
  SAP transaction code PP26 is used to manage plan scenarios in the SAP system. It allows users to create, change, and delete plan scenarios. Plan scenarios are used to define the planning parameters for a particular planning process. 
  
  Functionality: 
  The PP26 transaction code enables users to create and maintain plan scenarios. This includes setting up the planning parameters, such as the planning period, the planning version, and the planning area. It also allows users to assign a plan scenario to a particular plant or company code. Additionally, users can delete existing plan scenarios or copy existing ones to create new ones. 
  
  Step-by-step How to Use: 
  1. Enter transaction code PP26 in the command field. 
  2. Select “Create” from the menu bar. 
  3. Enter a name for the plan scenario and select “Continue”. 
  4. Enter the planning parameters for the plan scenario and select “Save”. 
  5. Select “Assign” from the menu bar and enter the plant or company code that should be assigned to this plan scenario. 
  6. Select “Save” to save the changes made to the plan scenario. 
  7. Select “Back” from the menu bar to return to the main screen of transaction code PP26.
